KazNU Master’s Students Launched Dietary Bakery Products

Students of KazNU have developed a technology for producing dietary bakery products enriched with Spirulina platensis. It was presented at the exhibition of Young Scientists within the framework of Science Week-2023. The strain of the spirulina was discovered in Alakol lake in Almaty region by a research group of the Laboratory of Photobiotechnology.
