Research @ MJIIT is classified into several distinct groups of iKohzas (formal structures for collaborative research), led by a senior academics with group members comprising academics, researchers of similar interests, and students. Research is facilitated through Japanese-oriented innovative iKohza system, comprising members of academia and postgraduate research students. 20 iKohza have been established and active (e.g., wind engineering, environmental systems, artificial intelligence, and many more).
