VIA Ventures start-up-consulting supports business ideas from the university environment. “We are the first student-run investment fund in Germany and offer advice and financing,” says RUB graduate and Managing Director Radu-Andrei Maldea. “Few invest in university start-ups that are still in their infancy. We see them, are close to them and talk to them at eye level.” VIA Ventures has been advising start-ups since 2020 and cooperates with RUB’s dem Worldfactory Start-up Center (WSC) since 2022.
