RUB Opened Centre for the Engineering of Smarter Product-Service Systems (ZESS)
RUB’s new Tech Campus on the former Opel car plant takes shape – ZESS, the most recent RUB research building, anchor point for knowledge-intensive companies and non-university research institutions, started in summer 2022. An interdisciplinary team of 60 considers the entire life cycle of smart product-service systems, from idea generation, through solution development, manufacturing, sales processes, to service provision and decommissioning.
