Founded in 1636 Utrecht University is one of Europe’s leading, internationally recognized universities, with an innovative approach to research and teaching. With a total student body of around 40,000 students and a rich tradition of 12 Nobel prize winners, it offers more than 100 English-taught graduate and 12 undergraduate programs, covering a wide range of academic disciplines. It has also signed the Dutch Code of Conduct, which guarantees a proper recruitment, selection and coaching of international students.
